STEPHANIE BALDWIN JOINS DLC MANAGEMENT CORP.
AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
(Elmsford, NY) – DLC Management Corp, a national owner and operator of open-air shopping centers is pleased to announce that Stephanie Baldwin has joined the team as Senior Vice President of Construction Management. Ms. Baldwin will immediately assume senior responsibility for the overall performance of construction management throughout the company’s national portfolio of properties.
Stephanie Baldwin comes to DLC with almost fifteen years of experience in the commercial real estate sector, and was most recently the Vice President of Global Analysis for AMC Theaters, where she applied her broad cross-functional experience, integrating enterprise analytics to maximize the company’s real estate investments. A highly motivated leader, Ms. Baldwin is known within the commercial real estate industry as a skilled communicator, advisor, influencer, coach and a developer of people and teams.
In her most recent role, Ms. Baldwin led by envisioning and establishing the Global Analytics group at AMC Theaters, responsible for the underwriting and presentation of all real estate transactions with methods using advanced data analytics for New Builds, Renovations, Lease Restructures, Renewals and Dispositions. In this role Ms. Baldwin implemented unique and innovative strategies to helped optimize project selection and maximize cash flow.
