DLC Tenant Communication In Response To COVID-19

DLC Logo overlayed on top of Tri-City Plaza in Vernon, CT

With the unprecedented spreading of COVID-19, the safety, health and well-being of our customers, associates, and communities are our primary concern. We’ve been closely monitoring how the virus is impacting our customers and the communities where our properties are located. We are following the guidance of experts such as the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO). We want to inform you that we have taken the necessary measure to mitigate the exposure and the potential transmission of the contagious virus at all DLC managed properties.

It is our goal to provide continued instruction and information to our tenants as the situation evolves. For the latest news and information please visit www.dlcmgmt.com/tenantinfo

We want you to know that the following protocols and policies have been implemented at all DLC managed properties:

DLC COVID-19 Reporting Hotline – 914.407.7424

DLC is taking steps to ensure the safety and well-being of our tenants, customers and vendors. Under these circumstances communication is critical. Which is why DLC has established a COVID-19 Reporting Hotline. In the event one of your employees has tested positive for COVID-19 we ask that you call the DLC COVID-19 hotline to report – 914.407.7424. Please provide specific information about the last time the person(s) in question were on site.

Property Cleaning & Disinfecting Enhancements

Water Fountains, Hand Rails, Vertical Transportation, Exterior Store Door Handles, Benches, Tables, Chairs, Lobbies, Stairwells, Vestibules, Entry Doors, etc. are cleaned thoroughly and regularly in accordance with CDC protocols.

Employee Safety

We urge tenants with employees who are feeling ill or believe they may have come in contact with the COVID-19 virus to please stay home and contact our COVID-19 Hotline – 914.407.7424

Mandatory Closures

In an effort to help minimize the spread of COVID-19, your state and local officials may require that bars and restaurants close or discontinue dine-in services. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has recommended that gatherings of 50 people or more be canceled or postponed. We ask that our tenants are mindful and take this advice seriously.

Government policies are changing by the hour, and many cities and states have already placed bans on large public gatherings. We’re sorry for the inconvenience this may cause. Should you find yourself in need of assistance for onsite property matters, please contact your designated property manager – you can find a list here: www.dlcmgmt.com/contact. Questions or Concerns please contact us: www.dlcmgmt.com or 866.DLC.MGMT

Rest assured, here at DLC we are monitoring the situation closely and will provide the latest updates and helpful resources. We remain fully operational and stand ready to serve and work with you through this difficult period

Thank you so much for being a valued customer and member of the community.
