On October 9th, Franco’s Pizza opened in a 3,450 SF second generation restaurant space at DLC’s Mall at 59 shopping center in Nanuet, NY.
Franco’s has been serving the residents of the Rockland County community for over 30 years with genuine recipes and a fun, family atmosphere. Our leasing team has worked tirelessly in an attempt to relocate Franco’s from down the highway to Mall at 59 for quite some time. Finally, the time was right for both sides.
“We had a second generation restaurant space to fill at the Mall at 59. One of our goals when trying to lease a space is to curate a solid local business as a driving force. Franco stood out as a strong local entrepreneur, we knew that he would do well in a bigger space and could handle expanding his business to a full service restaurant. He’s been in business for over 30 years and really has the local following that we were looking for to fill this space.” – David Roth, VP of Leasing
To celebrate Franco’s opening, a group of DLC employees traveled across the bridge to grab lunch.
We order the house salad, Thai chili chicken fingers and three large pies to share: a plain pie, half pepperoni/ half buffalo chicken pie, and of course the Margherita pie.
Since Franco’s has been serving pizza in the community for over three decades, the first day saw the new space packed full of loyal customers as well as new customers from employees of the other Mall at 59 tenants in the center.
DLC’s teammates will definitely be crossing the bridge more often during lunch breaks to support our new tenant and go to pizza place!
Best of luck Franco’s Team… Onward to more #success!
